Mr Bui

Mr. Bui took a landlord and tenant case for my fiancé and I, I couldn’t be happier! He and his team were very thorough and professional throughout an unusually lengthy process due to covid. I was living in an inhabitable apartment, in a complex with a horrific management team. Ilya and his team took... the case and were fantastic through the discovery process. Throughout the process my fiancé and I were kept informed about every move that was made on our behalf. He and his team won the case for my fiancé and I. We could not thank them enough and will recommend them to everyone who is having issues with their living situation! Would recommend to anyone!!!

Exceeded Expectations! Went Above and Beyond!

I have never been in a total loss car accident before and I don't wish it on anyone. My world was turned upside down by a careless negligent driver. My experience with these kind of accidents without being involved is that this process can take years to resolve with the person/insurance at fault. Not... in this case Binh and his team resolved my case in less than a year and was able to rightfully gain the maximum injury loss the insurance was able to pay for the pain and suffering I had to go through post accident. No two accident cases are the same maybe some will take longer than others. In my case though I was amazed at the level of care, service and diligence Binh and his team performed through out the case. Keeping me informed making sure I took the correct medical care for my condition. Acted on my behalf to the insurance company. I highly recommend Binh and his team! Thank you again Binh!

Absolutely FANTASTIC

Binh is pretty responsive to my plethora of questions. He seems to care and is very thorough. Knows what he is talking about and is walking me through this isolating anxiety ridden process of suing an unprofessional slumlord for damaging my health and my material items. Also does it on contingency, H...IGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

So patient and extremely helpful

I have had a horrible time trying to get in touch with a lawyer around my landlord issues. No one would return my calls or give me much of their time unless they knew they would make money off of me. Binh called me and was so patient and supportive. He gave me tips and guidance on how to handle thing...s in small claims knowing the time he was giving me wouldn’t benefit him financially and even told me to call him for additional advice once I get my claim started. I was so grateful for his support! I’ve never felt a lawyers genuine desire to help me as I did with him. He is truly a diamond in the rough.

A true expert and advocate for tenant rights

I got in contact with Mr Bui after having discovered that I was suffering for years from numerous illnesses due to mold exposure. He was honest and straight forward about why he could not take my case. However he was kind enough to share his expertise with me regarding tenant rights and how to bette...r protect myself in the future. He went out of his way to answer all my questions and gave me the knowledge I needed to protect myself in the future. I would highly recommend Mr. Bui as he clearly demonstrated expert knowledge regarding tenant rights and possible issues with regards to taking certain actions against a landlord who is violating the terms of your lease agreement. I highly recommend Mr Bui if you are having issues with a shady landlord.
