Timely and prescient legal assistance

Mr. Bui provided timely and very useful consultation on a lease deposit related issue. He helped me to understand my legal position and rights, as well as what options for recourse were available given my specific situation. For context, I had just purchased my first home, and the management compa...ny of the rental property from which I’d moved had an alleged history of taking advantage of tenants. I personally had multiple issues with the company not performing their contractual obligations during the lease duration. Having heard of these issues, I prepared myself for a potential hassle with the return of my deposit. Indeed, the deposit was returned late and with significantly more of the funds withheld for which there was no reasonable explanation. Being fairly new to California, as well as a new homeowner with a lot on my plate, I was in an inauspicious position to successfully research the law around this situation and my options. Mr. Bui provided a quick response on my initial question, and not only explained my options, but also provided an overview of the courts system in California and tips on how to most effectively present my case should a suit be required to reclaim the funds. Helping a renter get their deposit funds back from a shady management company is not exactly a dream case for any attorney, given the relatively low stakes. Despite this being a smaller issue from an attorney‘s perspective, it was no less important to me, and Mr. Bui provided me with his full attention and respect during the consult. In years past, I was privy to complex, multi-year civil litigation in the Federal courts system involving a team of partners at a large regional firm. Through that experience, I learned that the attorneys who will consult you with care through these smaller concerns are those who you can especially rely on when and if a larger case comes along. Mr. Bui’s knowledge, respect, and attention to detail surely carries through all of his major casework, and I would readily call on his advice in the future should I require legal assistance on additional matters.

Very honest and reliable

I posted my case on legal match and Mr. Bui replied to my case the very next day. His response was very quick and upon returning his call he was very through in his legal advice to me and he was extremely honest. Mr. Bui advised me my case would be best dealt with between me and this individual rathe...r than going through a lawyer because it might not be worth it. I appreciate his honestly greatly as there are many individuals out there who do not think in the best interest of their client, only their paycheck. Mr. Bui would be a great choice for your legal matters as he is extremely dependable and will do what is in the best interest of the client.

Car Accident

Tenant
