Tenant/landlord

Mr. Bui is a very good listener, and honest. He spent more than an hour answering my questions accurately and gave me practical advice. He has empathy and recommended me to go to small claim court since my tenant did not pay the rent and damage my property. I was struggling to find help and you ga...ve me excellent guidance.

Patient and helpful.

Mr. Binh Bui took the time to call me and listen to me ramble about the tenant/landlord situation I have going on right now. I wasn't the most comprehensive, since I'd been cleaning and my mind was still wandering. He took down a summary, and gave me advice on two different scenarios. He is understa...nding and up front about current options. And that's just with the consultation. I would recommend him to anyone having issues, and shall be calling him again should we need to go a legal route. Thank you so much.

A true hero

Mr. Bui was recommended to me through my work, and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough! I had a dangerous situation with unsafe wiring in my apartment, and an unresponsive landlord who was making me feel like I had no other recourse. I wanted to break my lease since it was no longer a good busines...s partnership, and Mr. Bui advised me on the proper steps to assert my rights as a tenant. In 15 years of renting I’ve never had to deal with an disreputable landlord, and wasn’t educated on how to handle the situation via the necessary steps when it arose suddenly. Googling information only helps so much when it’s a specific and complicated situation and I needed to be certain I was handling this the right way. With the COVID-19 pandemic and work from home, where we live is now more important than ever, and the ability to remove yourself from an unsafe situation while following proper procedures is overwhelming to say the least. Add to all this the sudden and unexpected death of my mother, and it was overall an overwhelming situation to be in that Mr. Bui helped me handle with calm and grace. Sincerely appreciate his guidance and support and will be consulting him again for any further issues that may arise.

excellent tenant lawyer

Binh Bui and his team were fantastic to work with. We were able to settle for an amount that we felt was fair. Most importantly, we found him and his team really easy to work with. In the past I have found working with lawyers to be rather frustrating, like they have all this knowledge and unl...ess I ask a question in the right way they will not share it with me. Binh was not like that at all, he was straightforward and plain spoken and we felt supported and completely informed every step along the way. From our first email and phone consult through the cashing of the settlement check the entire team was always responsive and willing to explain what was going on in a way that made our decisions easy. Seriously, this is the best experience with a lawyer that we have ever had.
