Great So Far, Will Update

This is going to be kinda long because it's been such a long journey getting to this point... I am in such a messy situation. Our roof started leaking in many places, and she never even came over to check it out. Not once in over a year it's been happening. She just texted me saying she couldn't affo...rd to fix it. She would even text me saying she was upset with us that it wasn't fixed yet... With nowhere else to go because we are low income, we told her we would try our best. Honestly, I was terrified of being homeless with my daughter. Needless to say, we never got it fixed because we didn't know what we were doing. We tried MANY things and spent lots of money, and we ended up with ALOT of mold EVERYWHERE. Multiple parts of our ceiling literally fell. It's such an easy case to win. Every lawyer I spoke to told me there's no way I'll lose.... But I live in a very small county. I spent WEEKS searching for a lawyer, but everyone I spoke with didn't represent my area. When I told him this, he said, "Well, let me introduce myself," and the amount of relief I felt... Binh has been very clear on instructions so far. I will say it seems a little hard to get ahold of him to get my questions answered, but someone else on his team has helped when needed, so I don't really see that as an issue. I do get really nervous sometimes and wish I could call to ask some things instead of text, but I don't really know how this works, so I'm not sure what to expect. And im not sure when he will be officially representing me, but once we get to that point, I will update my review. But I have full confidence that it will stay at 5 stars after the experience I've had with him and his team so far. I love it when people are straight to the point, no BS, and it seems that's what you get with him.

Super easy

My experience with Binh Thanh Bui met all my expectations. They reached a settlement with my landlord within months, bringing a happy ending and relief after years of frustration and tears over my living situation. During my time at the residence, I diligently kept documentation and evidence. As a... result, everything was relatively easy and straightforward for me. After submitting my proof online, I exchanged a few emails and phone calls with their team to finalize matters. They handle everything, and we had a happy ending to a difficult chapter.

Mr. Bui took a landlord and tenant case for my fiancé and I, I couldn’t be happier! He and his team were very thorough and professional throughout an unusually lengthy process due to covid. I was living in an inhabitable apartment, in a complex with a horrific management team. Ilya and his team took... the case and were fantastic through the discovery process. Throughout the process my fiancé and I were kept informed about every move that was made on our behalf. He and his team won the case for my fiancé and I. So patient and extremely helpful

I have had a horrible time trying to get in touch with a lawyer around my landlord issues. No one would return my calls or give me much of their time unless they knew they would make money off of me. Binh called me and was so patient and supportive. He gave me tips and guidance on how to handle thing...s in small claims knowing the time he was giving me wouldn’t benefit him financially and even told me to call him for additional advice once I get my claim started. I was so grateful for his support! I’ve never felt a lawyers genuine desire to help me as I did with him. He is truly a diamond in the rough.

excellent tenant lawyer

Binh Bui and his team were fantastic to work with. We were able to settle for an amount that we felt was fair. Most importantly, we found him and his team really easy to work with. In the past I have found working with lawyers to be rather frustrating, like they have all this knowledge and unl...ess I ask a question in the right way they will not share it with me. Binh was not like that at all, he was straightforward and plain spoken and we felt supported and completely informed every step along the way. From our first email and phone consult through the cashing of the settlement check the entire team was always responsive and willing to explain what was going on in a way that made our decisions easy. Seriously, this is the best experience with a lawyer that we have ever had.
