Thank you Sej. I wanted to be honest with you that your case was not the strongest to begin with and needed a lot of work. There were a lot of obstacles pertaining to the evidence-gathering process, so I had to come up with a slightly different approach than my past O-1B approvals. Great lawyer
Yi Kang helped me went through the preparation session for immigration interview. He is a very smart, reliable lawyer. He answer my questions on point and everything he said about process and time was accurate. He went to interview with me as well and helped me get my green card finally!

Asylum granted

Teresia, I have to be honest, your asylum case was probably the hardest one that I've had to handle because it was filed more than five years since your last entry in the United States. My strategies to overcome the one-year issue were so out of the box that even I doubted myself a couple times. However, with careful and thorough preparation and your perfect responses to my direct examination questions on the stand (exactly how we practiced), we finally defeated the ICE government attorney and swayed the immigration judge on our side. Finally, your belief in God throughout the uphill battle was very encouraging to see. Congratulations again and welcome to the United States!
