I hired his law firm for a very simple case. One that should have been quickly dismissed. However, he failed to properly attempt to fight for me. After paying his firm a few thousand dollars, I was forced to take a plea deal and pay a fine. Ultimately making my total spent, 1 night in jail, and over ...$4k in bills over a 4th ammendment violation by the police. Instead of fighting for me, I had to break down individual California laws for him, yet ultimately unless I was willing to pay $7500 more, I had to take a plea deal or go at it alone. Making my pretrial payment worthless, like the services rendered. He is clearly only out for the money and that is why his former partner split from him. Realistically speaking, you would be better off with presenting your own case and saving money.
