Unfortunately, our attorney client-relationship derailed when the attorney breached our contract by failing to provide me with the level of legal representation that was promised. After terminating services and receiving my final statement, I discovered several discrepancies between the original and the final invoices. The discovery led me to over $6,756.50 of pilled on charges that were NOT on the original invoice statements and $5,864 of missing payments that were not applied to my account. Since I brought the matter to their attention, they refused to take my calls by continuously hanging up on me. We are going on four months and have yet to receive a refund for overpayment. This law firm is taking advantage of their clients. A complaint has been filed with the State Bar of California.
