A Satisfied Client

Jonathan Evans represented me in a case I had against a financial adviser. I was happy with the favorable settlement he obtained for me and even happier with him and his staff. Jonathan is a very experienced attorney and extremely knowledgeable in cases dealing with investing. He is an intelligent a...nd skillful negotiator and will fight for you to obtain the best outcome possible. Jonathan and his associate Michael Edmiston were a great team representing me throughout this case. They were courteous and professional, all my calls were returned promptly and everything was explained to me along the way. A year after my case settled, I had to appear for a deposition regarding the financial adviser in a matter involving the Securities and Exchange Commission. A champion for the poweless

Nearly 10 years ago, I became the victim of an unscrupulous financial planner who talked me into giving him $45,000 of an inheritance to supposedly invest in municipal bands but which just ended up in his bank account. Another friend discovered Jonathan who is an advocate for the victims of white-co...llar crime rather than the criminals. He successfully negotiated a settlement with the parent companies who should have supervised this financial planner that restored large part of what I lost. Jonathan was always clear about what he needed from me and interacting with his office staff was always a positive experience. The financial planner has been convicted and sentenced in criminal court but without Jonathan I would not have any of my funds restored to me

A Very Happy Customer

As most physicians like myself are reluctant to trust attorneys, Jonathan Evans has changed my view of this profession.
