Fannie Mae loss recovery

I contacted Mr. Evans after finding him on the PIABA site. I explained to him how I had lost a lot (for me) of money in a bad investment. He felt I had a reasonable chance of getting some of the losses back, because the investment appeared to be the result of poor professional advice. He explained... clearly how the process would work and all the ramifications. So we went ahead and filed a suit against the brokerage. After 16 months, we had a mediation conference which was not fruitful, but a few weeks before the FINRA hearing we received an offer which we accepted. It was not as much as I had wished, but it was about what Mr. Evans had told me to expect. All in all, the process went as he had predicted.

Jonathon was able to get me compensation for much of my lost retirement funds from a major financial investment firm. Without his help I would have lost it all! He was always willing to answer all my questions and kept me updated on everything that was happening with my case. Jonathan W. Evans was the tiger in the ring against two mega security investment companies.

Our tax accountant recommended we see an attorney after our Financial Advisor churned our accounts that left one of us totally broke. Mr. Jonathan Evans was the attorney our tax accountant referred us to. During mediation our suit was settled and we were satisfied with the amount, thanks to Mr.... Evans and his hard work. Without his help we would not have had any chance of recovering our losses.

Mediation
