Best most skilled and effective lawyer on the planet!!! She gets the job done!!!

Top Notch Attorney

Patricia is top notch. I knew from the first conversation over the phone with her I had the right lawyer. She was the only one who would take my case after calling many others. I’m under 40 and had injuries where other lawyers wrote me off and said I had no chance but Patricia believed in my case ...and treated me with respect. I was denied after my initial application, retained Patricia, and won at the first hearing after the reconsideration denial. It took about 1 yr and 2 months after the reconsideration to have my hearing. On that day I felt good and prepared thanks to Patricia. I witnessed her fight for me in the hearing. And during it all I had to do was be honest. When I had questions about treatment decisions affecting my case Patricia always said “ do what’s best for your health.” There was never any pressure and I felt I could choose accordingly. Every deadline was met and responses from the SSA were handled. She is a lawyer you want by your side. I want to thank her, Sue, and her staff. Everyone was a delight to deal with and whenever I got off the phone with them I felt good. Thanks Patricia, I dreamed of the day I could leave this review.

I finally had a voice!

When I think about Patricia McCabe and her staff, I get so lost for words. I just can’t find enough words to express the tremendous gratitude & respect I have for her and her staff. My voice, my pain, my fall wasn’t enough for ssdi to approve my case.... but after I spoke to Patricia in person, s...he straight out told me “ I know I can win your case, hire me”, so I did. I can’t believe the judge approved my case from day “1” that I saw my doctor. I’m so glad I trusted my instincts when I read her reviews, cause honestly I was emotionally lost and didn’t know what direction to take. ““I finally had a voice and Patricia McCabe gave it to me!!!!!””

An Amazing Attorney

My SSDI claim was denied 2 or 3 times and I truly wanted to give up. I decided to hire Ms. McCabe and she worked on my case and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She always kept me informed on what steps were next, either through email or by phone. She is a very nice lady who makes you feel ...like she actually cares. After years of sadness and frustration, I was finally able to shed tears of joy, as after the hearing the Judge's decision came back and it was fully favorable. I will always be grateful for the diligent work she put into my case. I would recommend her to anyone who is in need of a great attorney.
