Let me start off by saying, I loved my Chrysler 200, it was a great car... until it wasn't. I tried working directly with Mopar, I really did, but eventually was told I would have to pay for the repairs and diagnostic myself when the car didn't even have 70k miles on it. I was discouraged and serious...ly felt like there was no way out, that's when I reached out to Roberts office. Thank GOD I did, my suggestion is if you think you have a lemon, DON'T WAIT AS LONG AS I DID. I started talking to people at his office and right away was so impressed by their knowledge of these issues and cases. I signed with them and found HOPE! Working with Robert and his team was easy, getting answers to my questions was easy, and the dark tunnel I saw my self in finally had light at the end. Robert and his team worked everything out, I got to give my car back without penalty, the loan was paid off and I even got a check back to put down on another car.
