After hiring this attorney for my case I was really impressed. The attorney was kind and explained things in layman's terms as I do not have a background in law. I had gotten into the same issue a few times before with regards to DUI and was battling a bad reputation set forth by the Court. As all th...ey see are your mistakes, not your accomplishments in life. My anxiety was kept at normal levels thanks to this attorney. Furthermore I can tell he went to bat for me when it came to talking to the judge. There were a few times however he was condescending and repeated things to me instead of taking a few minutes to explain. All in all, the attorney explained why I had to do the layers of penalties that are involved with a DUI, which helped give me the motivation to complete them all. And I would highly recommend this attorney no matter how complicated your DUI is.

My car broke down at night and I pulled over and parked. I was waiting for my brother to get me and walked to a liquor store. Bought a pint and drank it then walked back to my car. Cops stopped to see if I was "ok" and arrested me for drinking and driving. I was never driving.
