I was accused of felony driving under the influence and drug possession and I had a suspended license. The district attorney was pushing and pushing he wanted at least 3 years of state prison and probably more because of my prior criminal record and what I had in the car. He wants to and does help his clients. He gave me a payment plan. What I really liked was that he investigated and attacked the reason the officer stopped my car and tore apart the police report. Drank too much, car was impounded. I need my car and license for work. This guy spent almost an hour on the phone in our first conversation and two other conversations of at least 45 minutes before I signed up with him. He never rushed me. He always returned my calls, spent more time to explain ev...erything and kept me updated. He went to court for me 4-5 times,and did the DMV case. DA's respect him, but he is persistent with them. Best payment plan and a fixed fee even better was the result - dismissal and minimum fines and I was DUI. I have referred him to co-workers. Hire him and it will be the best decision you make.

I was on probation,second offense.Looking at jail time, big fine, and losing my job. This guy knows the courts and the system. He went to court many times to get me a great result and reduction in the charges with time served and a low fine. Worth the fee which was competitive anyways. Straight shoot...er.

I dont know what those others posts are about. Mr. Spivack told me exactly when and where to be at court, and was never late. I called him a lot and he was always patient returning my calls. The judges and prosecutors seem to know him. Not only did he get my charges reduced but he charged me way les...s than the other lawyers I spoke with wanted to charge me. He went to court four times until he got me the best deal he could. I have already recommended him to some family members.

I recommend Mr. Spivack wholeheartedly. He thoroughly investigated my case and found errors made by the police and persuaded the prosecutor to drop my case. He was always available and kept me informed. I'm surprised by the two negative reviews. Both reviews have exactly the same ratings - it's p...robably the same person who expected a guaranteed outcome.
