After speaking to many lawyers I called Mr Spivack. Im glad I did. He spent time with me explaining what he would do and what could happen with my case. As the case went on, he kept me informed and was honest about my options. My DUI charges were dismissed and I pled to a non alcohol speeding charge.... He did an incredible job.

Told by other attorneys usually no deals and have to plea to the dui with fines, a lot of alcohol classes, jail or community service or had to go to trial. Prosecutor had all the evide...nce he needed to convict because I was facing another unrelated charge. Mr. Spivack negotiated and negotiated and got me an AMAZXING deal so I didn't get any probation, PLUS No fine NO classes No jail No community service. Sent my buddy to him and my girlfriend's father all got DUIs in the OC and I know they will be taken care of like I was. Always available and explained everything so I understood what was happening.

Weaving on the freeway with my 8 year old daughter in the car. XANAX and 0.8% alcohol. Charged with DUI and child endangerment.
