This is the first time to review anyone. Mr.. Thomas helped me stay out of jail on a second dui. I should not have driven that night. My reading was high. Other lawyers said that I wolud have to do jail. He worked hard for 2 months to get the judge to give me treatment instead of jail and he made at ...minimum everything else. I just got a great job that I can keep and me and my family are so grateful.

Mr. Spivack was my attorney. I was referred to him by a church friend. He was outstanding and a real fighter for me. He also worked out the fee for me so I had payments and I was glad to pay him every step of the way. This year at the Thanksgiving table I remembered how he helped me and I gave thanks... Girlfriend and me had some wine and argued and I left mad. Driving out of the parking lot I was stopped by the cops. I never touched her but we were pushing each other around. Real tired from long day at work. Was barely over the speed limit. I take prescribed meds and doctor never told me to be careful about driving. NO alcohol. I was shocked I got arrested. This attorney is easy to talk to and easy payments but knows all about DUI and prescription drugs. Mr Spivack convi...nced the court that I wanst DUi but was taking prescribed dose. I work in education andthis could have been a big problem for me. Walked away with a speeding ticket, went to traffic school and NO DUI!
