Highly recommended!

Through USC, I was able to get consultations with Mr. Payab. He has helped me with two different matters. In both cases, he was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and thorough. He helped me devise action plans for different scenarios, and also read over a letter I had drafted to a landlord. Wit...h his help, I was able to terminate a lease (pest problem) early with the full security deposit back. I feel lucky and empowered to have had Mr. Payab's advisement. I would highly recommend his services.

Very Informative

David is able to capture a lot of information in a short time period and translate it logically back to the client and provide several options. He is very rational in his approach and will tell you truthfully what will be the outcomes. I am dealing with a SLUM landlord/property management situation w...here students just like to throw parties every weekend and break every rule in the lease agreement and they landlord totally ignores the situation. David explained the situation is tricky to navigate and bailing out of a lease early can lead to repercussions. It's up to yourself to be responsible for the decisions.He is a good counselor and I recommend students just visit for some advice and then discuss with friends and family about further actions. Thank you.
