Lifelong Client

Since 2017, I have happily returned to David and his team on multiple occasions for all employment questions and concerns. Most recently, David consulted on a complex contractor agreement with me, ensuring my lowest liability, and that the financial obligations of my client were clearly defined. ...Having already experienced the consistent professional and timely handling of my matters, I knew this would be the same top-tier level of effort from David and his team. As a small business owner, I would typically rotate my supporting vendors (attorneys, CPAs, etc.) every two years. That is not the case with David. I've experienced nothing but the highest level of attention and honesty on complex issues - I will be sticking around. I give my highest recommendation for David and his team for those seeking the same.

Landlord/Lease Situation - David is your lawyer!

I don't even know where to start...David is a true blessing in disguise and am fortunate enough to have access to him via USC's legal consultation services. My roommate and I were fraudulently induced into signing a lease that has led to the past six months of wondering what we can/cannot do as a for...m of being relieved of the situation. Fortunately, with David's guidance, we have been able to make ground on knowing our rights as tenants, what is legal/illegal in a rental property, among other knowledge that we would have never known to have explored/thought of. He is extremely qualified as a lawyer, especially in this type of law. Would definitely recommend again.
