Excellent Attorney - Highly Recommended

I was involved in a rear-end collision just over 3 years ago and, after an exhaustive search, found David here on Avvo. After reading through numerous 5 star reviews, I felt as if I had found the attorney I wanted to represent me in this matter. Following a phone call and an initial consultation in h...is office, I knew in my gut I had made the right choice. He was very down-to-earth, listened intently to my concerns, and took copious notes as I related what had happened. On a deeper level, and this is still true today as it was then, he demonstrated he truly cared about me and my overall well-being. For the next 3 years as I navigated my way through treatment, David responded almost immediately to my email questions and/or updates. If I ever needed to speak with him directly, he would always find the time to return calls quickly, never leaving me wondering when I’d hear back. Further, his expert legal secretaries always stayed on top of the case, especially when it came to issues relating to Medicare. In the end, he was able to negotiate a wonderful settlement for me. I would highly recommend David to anyone seeking a personal injury attorney. You will not be disappointed. One Additional Footnote: As luck would have it, 2 years into this case, I was involved in another rear-end collision, this time as a passenger. I immediately contacted David who was kind enough to represent me in this matter as well. He handled this case as efficiently as he did the first. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Kind, Approachable, and Helpful Lawyer

Mr. Payab is an excellent, respectful, and helpful attorney. I was struggling with my recent real estate purchase, but had never had any experiences with law cases and courts and such. I met with Mr. Payab at USC, and he subsequently was very understanding of my predicament and helped explain all the... minute details of what I should think about and look into as I pursue my case. It is refreshing to meet an attorney like Mr. Payab, and I highly recommend his service.

He Helped a Great Deal with an Awful Landlord

I was dealing with a terrible landlord. Not only was Mr Payab very knowledgeable, he was also intelligent on how he applied his knowledge. He helped me and my roommate formulate a strategy for responding and proceeding forward. He was very kind, honest, well spoken , and explained everything very cle...arly and thoroughly. Some lawyers just tell you what to do without explaining the logic behind it. He however, explained things to me so that I left feeling I had also learned a lot about the law pertaining to my situation and was not just blindly operating. Everything worked out in our favor as a result of his advice and we couldn’t be more pleased. Had it not been for his help, this landlord would have taken complete advantage of us.

Sincere & Honest

What to do after my "Wrongful Termination" brought doubt and clouded my ability to see coherently but that state of mind quickly dissipated after consulting with David. His expertise of the law informed me of what rights were violated, how to execute into action, a window or frame of time an which to... act on and multiple grounds/angles to pursue the matter. I felt that he cared and genuinely wanted to help. I also was impressed by his cleverness to explain everything in a context that was easy to metabolize without the legal jargon.

Helpful and caring

Mr. Payab provided a great consultation and referred me to another incredible lawyer regarding my issue with copyright.
