Incredibly knowledgable, empathetic, and trustworthy

I am a university student in a special legal situation. David Payab was the only lawyer that helped me properly about this matter. He was incredibly well informed and generous with his time and care for me. I really appreciate all he did for me and highly recommend him to anyone looking for help.

Was a great help in landlord dispute

I am currently embroiled in a dispute with my landlord for wrongful entry. David was very helpful in informing me of my rights and walking me through the process of enacting a small claims court case. He took care to make sure our wording is careful in our communications with the landlord, and was a ...great help during this stressful time.

I Would Choose Payab & Associates Again

More than just another lawyer

From start to finish, hands down the best law firm for me. Mr. Payab and his capable staff explained the case in detail and walked me through all the steps. Nice guy!
