Five Star Labor Attorney from a C-Suite Executive

David was fantastic! He helped me tremendously with an employment agreement. He was very thorough and brought up several items in my contract I had not thought through. I have a wonderful relationship with my employer & he was very respectful. He assisted me in positioning my requests in a positive &... respectful way to my employer, who I have the upmost respect for. Additionally- they contacted me within an hour of my Yelp inquiry! True professionals!!!!!

David and his team are true professionals. I own two businesses and each have different needs with respect to employees and independent contractors. On our first conversation, David took the time to fully understand my concerns and questions. He was very helpful with thinking of possible concer...ns and protections to have in place for my business. Also guided me in best practices to ensure my team were being taken care of properly. Very useful review of employment contract

Mr. Payab was very helpful in reviewing my employment contract. He raised a number of points that I will follow up on, and was patient in explaining concepts I didn't understand and let me know which issues were the most important. I highly recommend Mr. Payab's employment contract review service.

Contractor NDA review

I choose David based on other position reviews and his years of experience. He called me back within couple of hours after I submitted the file and was willing to accommodate with my time. His review and suggestions were throughout and helpful. It gave me great confidence to sign the contract. During... the call, he also mentioned a few things about transitioning from a full-time employee to a contractor which I have not thought about it before, again, great insights. Highly recommend!

Excellent Experience!

I was involved in an employment contract dispute with my employer and David was able to provide me the information I needed in a very professional and timely manner.
