I've previously used Andy a few times in the past and I'm finally writing this review to show my appreciation for his work. Every case I bring to Andy has been treated with professionalism and urgency. He has helped the speeding ticket nightmare become an easy and smooth process. I recently asked... Andy to help me with a speeding ticket in Simi Valley in the Ventura County (2nd time in a year!). I just recently received an e-mail from Andy and he told me he got the case dismissed! I highly recommend Andy for his services to anyone, and I will again return if I am in need of his assistance.

I received a "ran a red light" ticket via mail from the City of Beverly Hills which included a video and photos of myself and 2 other cars going through it. I thought this might be a defective camera, surely 3 cars would'nt run a red arrow light. I hired "The Ticket Clinic" and was assured that becau...se I was a tourist and resided in another state, they would have a good chance of getting me off. My experience with "The Ticket Clinic" was not very good. After almost 1 year, I have yet to receive a single piece of documentation from them in writing. (199.00 fee) Becoming concerned, I called Andrew Roberts from the Roberts Law Group in Westlake Village and he helped me by letting me know where to send the fine and when it was due. I did not get off my ticket from "The Ticket Clinic" but was relieved to find an attorney that would help me without charging a fee. I would highly recommend this law firm for any legal issues.

Andrew was the first lawyer I had ever worked with and I must say I am impressed. My infraction was for a 22348b which is speeding over 100mph (104 specifically although I feel I was probably highballed) in the Los Banos area on I-5. I am posting this review out of gratitude to Andrew and his assoc...iate for their service on my behalf and hopefully as a Google search topic for anyone suffering from the same kind of infraction. Unlike other speeding tickets this infraction is worth 2 points the same as a DUI. Upon learning this was no average speeding ticket I decided to search for a lawyer and came upon this site and Andrew's reputation and reviews prompted me to contact him first and only. He had a very specific goal in mind in order to mitigate my infraction and quoted me a reasonable fee for the case. I did not have to visit the court myself and he and his associate handled everything for me in a timely manner. Residents of California I am sure can sympathize with how annoying it is for someone from the Bay Area or LA county would not wish to drive 100+ miles for a court date. The end result was that I still had to pay the fine in full but the ticket was reduced to an over 70mph infraction and most importantly for me only a 1 point infraction. As it was no longer a 22348b there was also no risk of license suspension for 30 days. I wish I could have gotten traffic school out of the deal as I was eligible but for something of this nature I am certainly grateful for my result. I will hopefully not require Andrew's services again but if I do I will be sure to call him first for any traffic matters. In fact I am sure I would call him with advice for any legal matter simply to get his recommendation for anything outside his area of expertise. He was honest and has a pleasing personality which I must say is refreshing with all of the horror stories I have heard about other lawyers. If you have any traffic issues that you need a lawyer for I highly suggest you call Andrew if it is within his jurisdiction (mine was in Los Banos / Merced). Worth every penny.

I received a speeding ticket on the notorious 118 freeway (not so free) just days after I had completed traffic school for another infraction. My job requires a clean driving record as I drive a company car. Attending traffic school again was not going to be possible so I searched out a traffic... attorney to represent me. Andrew was totally up front and honest, no promises made, and realistic outcomes were discussed. Due to Andrew's vast experience dealing with these matters, familiarity with the Ventura County Courts and even the CHP officers that write the tickets he was able to get the charges reduced to a "non-point" moving violation....I never even heard of such a thing! I did have to pay the fines...but due to Andrew's legal maneuvering my driving record remains point free (not like the 118....so slow down!) Moral of the story: get a ticket, call Andrew Roberts!

Mr. Roberts was the kindest person I have EVER had the pleasure of speaking with. He helped me understand what options I had when it came to a ticket I received when I allowed someone (unbeknownst to me) with a suspended license to drive a car I had rented and they were pulled over for speeding. He... could not have been kinder or more attentive to my situation. I cannot thank him enough and he even offered to be of assistance with the other person with the suspended. I will tell ANYONE I know in search of counsel about Andy.
