I have kids. Sometimes I can't make an appointment or have to change last minute to a new time. Mr. Chroman has been great about being flexible and working with me. I appreciate that more than I could ever say. When looking for an attorney, be sure they don't have that last minute cancellation bi...lling, don't bill you for every text, or paperclip. I mean, l know they have to make money but at what cost to the clients. I came out of a meeting the other day with my soon to be ex's and we talked about how his attorney just won't budge on anything. He can see now that his attorney is just trying to milk him for every penny rather than do what is best for the case. I almost feel bad for him. Almost. Mr. Chroman is someone I would recommend to a friend.

I was at a previous law firm in Woodland Hills and they seemed to know nothing about the law and I lost everything under them. I was very frustrated and called around. Steven called me back the next morning, a Saturday. He met with me after work and on weekends to accommodate my work schedule. He... has an excellent knowledge of the law. He was very upfront about his billing and what he bills for. I am winding down on my case and instead of having anxiety, Steven has given me confidence in my case and I now go in very calm. He has been patient and attentive and when I started a new job and couldn't take time off, he understood and would meet with me at 7:00pm and on Saturdays. His billing has been very fair and (don't tell him) but I would pay him even more because he has done such a great job. I think with most attorneys, they don't get that your entire financial future and your peace of mind for the rest of your life hinges on this moment. They don't understand that once the judge rules, it is very hard to try and convince the judge otherwise. Steven seems to get that. He knows that this is a make or break moment in your life and you are not just a case number and a payment. He understands that you are counting on him to help you through this very, very difficult time. Steven, thank you!

I went to the BIGGIE law firm here in Santa Clarita first. Rip Off. Charged me up the ying yang and then did nada. Went to see another lawyer here in Santa Clarita. Had my case turned down because of the previous large firm mis handling. Went to see Mr. Chroman. Why did I hire him? First ques...tion I asked. How much money and time will this take. And you know what he said. He said, I cannot tell you an absolute. I can however tell you that if any lawyer or firm tells you an exact amount of money and time that you should up and walk away because they are not being honest from the beginning. And that was exactly what that large law firm did to me. They said this amount and this much time. 4x the amount later and nothing. In the meantime Mr. Chroman has been attentive, easy to talk to and keeps me up to date. I can get an appointment when I need to and I can reach him after hours. I am happy to say that bigger isn't always better. Out here in Santa Clarita, bigger just means that they paid for an award in the magazines out here and spend all of your money on lies for advertising. Go with Mr. Chroman. You will see the difference immediately!

I met with several attorneys before deciding on Mr. Chroman. He was upfront and sincere...he didn't try to 'sell me' like the other attorneys did and that was important to me. Most importantly, he took my calls and was responsive to questions- A lot of my friends told me about their experience wher...e they couldn't get a hold of their attorney for 3 or 4 days...this was never the case for me. If you want an attorney that actually meets with you face to face and knows what he is doing then this is the one. Too many 'new lawyers' mixed in with the bigger firms which only care about how much they can bill you and then stick you with a first year law graduate. That is not who is handling MY LIFE! Mr. Chroman is my pick.
