I discovered that a major cellular company had incorrectly reported negative information to the credit bureaus. When they refused to correct their error I retained Mr. Brennan to resolve the problem. He filed a lawsuit against the company and very quickly he was arguing my case in court. After only a... couple hours of testimony the cellular company presented a cash settlement offer which also included retracting any negative information reported to all the credit bureaus. Bob and his firm were incredibly thorough, professional and responsive, and provided frequent progress updates throughout the entire case. 

The outcome of the case was acceptable, they opted for the second option available to the defending party. However, the process using Mr. Brennan and Assoc. was lacking in many areas. It is truely a mill, you rarely speak directly with the atty. most of the time it is email correspondence with a pa...ralegal. We were never kept informed about anything at any time. I my case they did not inform us of a settlement offer for 2 months, we found out about the offer at my deposition from the opposing atty. SHOCK !!! If you are looking for a atty. to lead you through the process explaining along the way then you should look elsewhere, if you are familiar with the process and need counsel only, then this is the place for you.

We had an urgent and severe difficulty relating to our mortgage and a home that was destroyed in a landslide. Bob was fully engaged, superbly prepared, always on time, and kept us informed every step of the way. In court, his presentation was far superior to the opposition's; he was and is extr...emely believable, direct and sincere. He's a brilliant man and a great attorney. We won, of course!

Well, the most important part - the outcome - worked out fine. They convinced the manufacturer to buy back my vehicle with little hassle. However, I never actually spoke or dealt with the lawyer once - everything was handled through a secretary and a paralegal, and they were both "thick" to deal ...with and basically just an email forwarding service. Even after sending over every document requested, they had difficulty making sense of it. I had to do a lot of (what should have been obvious) explanations through them to the manufacturer. When the manufacturer tried to low-ball their offer, the email forwarding service continued, and again, I had to do the negotiating. Throughout the entire process, you could tell that I was one of hundreds of cases, and the secretary and paralegal couldn't seem to care less. So, would I recommend them? I guess - they did get the job done, but it was a lot harder than it had to be and I would have left a couple thousand on the table if I did not negotiate and do a lot of work.
