I unintentionally carried a loaded hand gun into the LAX TSA security screening area and the weapon was sub sequentially found in my carry on bag. I was arrested and charged with a felony. Sheida was able to quickly have the charge reduced to a misdemeanor before the arraignment. Sheida negotiated a... mitigation plan with the City Attorney and I pleaded guilty to one count of misdemeanor trespassing. The weapons charge was dismissed and I paid a small fine and have to serve community service. The record of misdemeanor trespassing is relative insignificant in contrast to the firearms charge. LA County is not the place to face firearms charges, this plea agreement is the most lenient ever awarded for this charge from an LA court. Thanks Sheida,
