I had to hire Ms. Gottesman for a driving infraction that had been wildly overcharged. This charge was having a tremendously negative impact on my life, even though I thought the issue had been resolved months before. From the first moment I spoke to her and described my case, Ms. Gottesman was on ...my side. She listened intently to the details from my perspective. I felt immediately that she was invested not only in the case, but in me as a person. I wasn't dealing with an attorney. I was dealing with a caring, compassionate person, who saw me as an individual-not just as a case. She provided her services at a reasonable rate that I could afford. She helped me without breaking my bank account. She was highly responsive and took my calls day and night. When you look at her web site and it indicates the phone is answered 24/7, that is not an exaggeration. It is the truth. She kept me informed every step of the way. She took time out, even on the weekends to update me. At the end of the day, she won my case, and I am the better for it. While I hope no one ever needs an attorney, if and when you do, it is best to be represented by the best. Ms. Gottesman is the best. She is knowledgeable, intelligent, driven, and most importantly, compassionate. She gets my vote as a person and as a professional. After reading the other reviews of Ann on this page, I have to say I agree completly with all the positive comments. I believe that Ann is exactly who she says she is on her web site and she does exactly what she says she will do. I found her to be honest, trustworthy, sincere, knowledgeable and cari...ng. It's a horrible thing to be facing life shattering circumstances and find that you can not trust your attorney after paying thousands upon thousands of dollars. Trust me, I've been there. Bleed um and plead um. Not the case with Ann. I feel that she went above and beyond. She worked out a payment plan for us it was obvious that money wasn't all she was interested in. I believe she really does care and take interest in her clients. She's not even our attorney anymore and still helping to tie up the loose ends in our case, something I doubt some high dollar attorneys would do. I actually paid $15,000 to an attorney on a different case that lied to me, wouldn't return phone calls, sent others to court and did nothing to help. I do believe that Ann's ethics and good reputation will proceed her and bring great sucess in her legal career.

I hired Ann to represent me in a drug case in which I was charged with felony possession for sale of methamphetamine. Ann always answered my calls and worked very hard on my case. She was able to convice the DA to reduce the charge to a misdemeanor possession and I didn't have to do any jail time. I ...was able to go to a 4 month class, one hour er week, and then she got my case dismissed after I finished the class. Before I hired her, the public defender told me I should just plead guilty to the felony charge and accept 6 months in jail with 3 years of felony probation. If I didn't hire Ann I would probably have done that, but she was able to get the whole case reduced and later dismissed after I did diversion. Now I don't have the case on my record, which saved my job. I think Ann is a really good attorney and she genuunly cares for her clients. I highly recommed her!
