I was arrested for a DUI in March. I had never been in trouble with the law before, and I was scared what lied ahead. I must've called around 6 different lawyers, each asking me to walk me through what would happen next. A few told me that my case would be very hard, and were relatively uninterest...ed (I had a .13 BAC, but no accident and I was only pulled over for an expired registration). Other lawyers told me that they would be able to save my license and that they had won cases like mine before, sounding almost too good to be true. Ann was the only one who took the time to really listen to my case, and then provided honest feedback. She said it would be hard but that she would turn over every rock and fight for me. She did. Anytime I had a question, or worry, she was a phone call or text away. She read through the police report thoroughly, gathered all the evidence, and watched my arrest video to see if anything seemed out of place. While my arrest was by the book, Ann was able to show the court that my actions had been out of character that night, and that I was not the type of person that would fall into this type of trouble again. Ann was able to get my charge reduced to a wet and reckless, a decision I was extremely happy and fortunate to get. Never did she guarantee that she would be able to get a reduction, and if a lawyer tells you that, they most likely only care about cashing your checks. Ann was straightforward, she said that she would fight her hardest, but that it would be a hard fight. I would rather take someone who will work their hardest, than guarantee a victory without reading the facts. Ann's a trustworthy and compassionate lawyer I would recommend to anyone!
