Competent, Experienced, and Well Versed in the law -Sina Mohajer of Mohajer Law Firm

Mr. Mohajer was referred to us by a friend whom she had previously hired him to represent them in a landlord-tenant problems. A few months later, we are now facing landlord-tenant problems of our own. I immediately asked her for a referral of her lawyer as I know she did her due diligence before hir...ing any lawyer off the street for her issues. Mr. Mohajer contacted us the next day via a phone conference and explained very clearly and explicitly what the law says and how it is interpreted objectively. Interpretation of the law to a lay person can be very subjective and we are not well versed. We explained our facts and he pointed out that things that would be in our favor if we had to go to trial. Under the law the rental contract we have in place is solid and explicit. He was extremely patience, knowledgeable and offered a few suggestion on how to proceed with our problem. I would hire him without a doubt to represent us if the need arises.

Mohad Moholder Nightmare

Sina Mohajer-Jasbi missed critical filing deadlines, costing me thirty thousand dollars to cover my own insurance. No communication, dragged it out, zero follow-up. Avoid at all costs.

Piti, I admire clients who can leave an honest review, regardless if it is positive or negative, because it allows us at Mohajer Law Firm to listen and make adjustments in order to continue to provide exceptional services to all of our clients. However, when a review is based on misrepresentations, than it causes a disservice to the community, who are looking for help when dealing with their own legal battles. It is unfortunate that you feel so strongly about me and my practice. But I feel that you have been mislead. We haven't missed any critical deadlines in your case. No prejudice was brought upon you, and you were not forced to pay $30,000 to cover your own insurance. In your last review, you claimed I charged you this exact amount and did nothing on your case. This review, the story has changed that it cost you that much to cover your own health insurance. Options were provided to you when your insurance was cut off, yet you chose to not act. Every step of your case, we communicated with you regarding status of your case and to strategized with you whenever an issue arose. I've said this many times, the client is ALWAYS in the driver's seat, while I consider myself as your navigation system. I will suggest for you to turn left or right, but if you choose to disregard my suggestion and make a different turn, it is my job to recalculate and figure out another way to get you to your destination. When your insurance was cut off, options were provided to you, yet you did not want to act. Now you are complaining that nothing was done. When you wanted to bring your case to finalization, I suggested options to you, in which you agreed initially, then called back and spoke to my staff stating you didn't want to do it because it cost money. I understand you work very hard for your money, which is why we pride ourselves in strategizing cases while keeping in mind our client's budget. All cases are not handled in the same way. But when you don't want to do anything, yet expect results, you are essentially cutting us off at the knees and expecting us to run. I truly hope you can find peace in all of this, and that you are able to work better with your new attorney than you did with me. I wish you nothing but happiness and closure of this chapter in your life.
