Custody Battle

Best representation from Ariel Tello. He was right on the ball He was a very compassionate attorney. Got me everything I wanted out of the case

TERMINATION OF A GUARDIANSHIP

We have worked with Mr Tello for some time now. He is an amazing lawyer. We had lost a guardianship case with a previous attorney, after explaining the last case and how the other attorney said we had to wait 1 year to refile a petition to terminate the guardianship. Right away Ariel Tello advised us... that we didn't have to wait we could have filed the next day. I knew finding Ariel Tello was a godsend knowing we have an honest attorney who will not steer us wrong. Mr Tello is worth every penny. he's a good listener and very assertive, when things get technical he takes his time to explain so that you understand. Ariel Tello WILL defend what is right and JUST. He is extremely professional. He has provided us with the proper legal advice for our case resulting in the termination of guardianship . I highly recommend Mr. Tello to anyone seeking legal representation in a family matter/guardianship case.

Compassionate, Skilled, Informed, and Effective

Mr. Tello stands out as the finest attorney among the three I engaged for my California custody battle. I've faced significant challenges, including an uncooperative ex-partner brimming with baseless claims and resistance to custody exchanges. Despite existing California Custody Court mandates, my... ex relocated to another state, severing all communication and disregarding the established custody agreements. Divorce Custody Battle

Over the last 18 months Mr. Tello has worked hard to assure that the best interest of my children is preserved. When my children's safety was threatened Mr. Tello worked quickly to get me into Court to protect them and take them out of harms way. It has been a long battle, but Mr. Tello has consiste...ntly stepped up for me and my three children. I would highly recommend Mr. Tello.
