Lawyer with a heart of gold

I can't speak higher of George than other to say this. He is so kind and caring and you can feel that he really is invested in helping you out. This is a complete overshare but I suffer from some pretty severe mental health issues. After my incident I completely spiraled down the hole mentally. I exp...lained to George my mental health issues and in addition to being so amazing as my lawyer, each time we spoke he's had some new tip on how to reduce my anxiety lol! What real life lawyer have you ever heard of who was that compassionate! And I'm talking real-life, not some fictional lawyer you've seen on tv or in the movies. If this legal thing doesn't work out for George he'd have an amazing profession as a therapist lol. All kidding aside thou, George being so compassionate with me has helped me in ways I could not have imagined but I am so thankful that he has come into my life. He has helped make what has been the scariest time of my 46 year old life something less terrifying and emotionally crippling. By the end of every call we have I'm smiling and laughing. The man is an outstanding lawyer and human Prozac, haha. Lastly I'll leave you with this. The results that George has gotten for me are beyond my wildest dreams. Not for a single second since my incident did I think the kind of results he's gotten for me would be even possible but this AMAZING TALENTED man has achieved them for me and I could not be more grateful for his help and I will forever include him in my prayers.

Best Lawyer

We are very happy we hired Mr. Kita. He is very professional and knowledgeable in his are of expertise juvenile law. He was very responsive to all calls , emails , text messages. Sometimes he even call email text on weekends. He kept us updated all the way. He was able to successfully negotiate with ...the DA to reduce from the felony to misdemeanor. Which is a big success! I am beyond grateful to have been represented by Mr. Kita for my DUI arrest. George was an amazing help and got my charge reduced to a wet reckless in pre-trial, helping me immensely. I had him on retainer for a year, and he made was on top of all the dates scheduled for my DMV hearing and pre-trial.... He communicated very effectively over the course of the year, and I feel very lucky to have found him and had him on my side. I cannot recommend him enough.

A very worried family

We we're token by surprise when our 15 year old son was charged with 2 felonies for animation. This happened at school which made the situation even harder. We were referred by a family member that also used his services and were very satisfied. Myself and my husband we're very lost with the juvenile... system as it doesn't work the same as adults. As soon as I called George he answered all our questions and broke down the system. He called immediately to set up a visit with our son. We unfortunately had not spoken to our son as he was token from school to juvenile hall and had a 3 day hold on him. He went in on Thursday and the next day was a holiday and weekend those days don't count so we as a family were very sad that we didn't know anything that was happening with our son. George drove all the way to San Bernardino to make sure he seen our son and checked his welfare. He also went back the next day to see him and discuss his case. My son had a lot of questions about his future and George took the time to answer and explain in detail everything to my son. It definitely set us at ease knowing that George explained to our son that we hired him and he wasn't alone in this process. We were able to get a message from my son since we still couldn't talk to him which made a big difference to us as a family. George had us gather some paperwork for his case which helped us feel like we were working with him. The morning of court George walked in with a plan and definitely accomplished it. When we went in for the hearing the judge got choked up just hearing how George presented the case to her and the DA couldn't fight the facts that he presented. We were able to come home with our son after 7 days of not talking to or seeing him. We definitely feel George was worth every penny. We thank him for all his work on this process.
