Amazing Attorney that will fight for you!

Misdemeanor petty theft case. I’m so thankful I hired Mr. Kita! His fee was reasonable for the wonderful defense work he did on my behalf! He was prepared, professional and had many years of knowledgeable experience. He is a straight shooter who is direct and advises you on what is needed to help yo...ur case. I felt he had my best interests at stake! Due to his brilliant work (knows the ins and outs with what to present to the court), he helped to negotiate a diversion program for me which kept me out of jail and pay fines. After the year, my case was dismissed and sealed. It was a relief to move forward with my life, thanks to Mr. Kita!

No Jail Time

My son was facing 2 years in prison for a police chase on a motorcycle plus violating probation. George Kita give my son a second chance in life with no jail time and got the charges reduced to 2 years of probation and community service. George is a well experienced attorney.
