George was very helpful and eased my stress through this process. I appreciate everything he has done with my case and I am very happy with the results avoided some pretty hefty consequences. Felt the support since the very beginning.

Represents what a lawyer should be

I recently had to hire an attorney for some issues I presently had at the time. George was very professional and most importantly in my book did what he said he was going to do. I never had to chase him and he always responded promptly to any question or concern I had. Most amazingly, at the end he w...as able to get my case dismissed which is something I was not expecting. I have heard horror stories about people hiring attorneys and what they didn't get for their money. Not the case with George. He was a straight shooter about everything and didn't pull punches. If you or anyone else is having legal issues I would strongly encourage you to give Mr. Kita a call. I recommend George with full confidence that he can do the same for you. Thank you George!!

Excellent Defense Attorney With Great Results!

Do not second guess hiring George! He is the whole package! I hired him for criminal defense and his approach and strategy is impeccable! He has so much experience and knows so many within the court system that he is extremely confident and is able to navigate the entire thing with ease. My experienc...e with him was great and he actually accomplished something never before seen in the courts. Even the judge expressed that we were getting a very "Generous" and never before seen offer considering the charges. This was because of how George was able to navigate the DA. He truly cares for your outcome and is great at getting amazing results! Thank you George for everything you did! I am extremely grateful!

My daughter made a terrible decision that landed her in a life-changing amount of trouble. As an attorney myself, I immediately began searching for the right kind of help to minimize the long-term impact her actions could have on her future. (For what it’s worth, the dad in me has spent - and continu...es to spend - countless hours holding her accountable and making sure she receives the support she needs to ensure nothing like this ever happens again.) I researched several promising attorneys, and George was among them. After reading numerous reviews of George - many of which moved me to tears at the thought that he might be able to help my daughter in a similar way - I found enough corroborating information across multiple sources to make him my first call. George responded quickly and spent a very generous amount of time on the phone with me. I retained him during that initial call, and I can honestly say it was worth every penny and more. He guided us not only through the juvenile court process but also through the school-related consequences. There was no “magic fix” to make everything disappear in my daughter’s case, but I truly believe George helped us reach the best possible outcomes on both fronts. Combined with a lot of hands-on parenting, an IOP program, and a year of remote schooling, we were able to help her return to her high school life as a much improved and more self-aware version of herself. It took a great deal of effort to navigate all the hurdles, but thanks to George’s advocacy and expertise, our court outcome was also positive: my daughter’s case was dismissed and her records sealed. So, the tl;dr is simple and stated right in the title of this review: George is every bit as excellent as all these reviews suggest.

George the savior

George helped a buddy of mine and got his felony fire arm conviction dismissed and thrown out I was dealing with a similar situation and ultimately George worked his magic the same way he did to my buddy and I was able to walk out of my situation clean and stood out of jail he definitely won’t give u...p and settle out he will fight for you as if it was for himself George is a great candidate to consider to take care of your legal troubles
