Extremely impressed and satisfied; charges were never filed

I am a teacher that was falsely accused of child annoyance. This situation was terrifying and extremely frustrating because in a situation like this, the parties involved assumed I was guilty and treated me as such, even when the accusations were clearly false. Through careful research and due dilige...nce, I came across and got in contact with Mr. George Kita. I was instantly impressed with his accessibility as Mr. Kita answered my initial call late into the night. Clear lines of communication with your lawyer are immensely important and he makes it a point to return calls promptly. Personality wise, Mr. Kita is very straightforward and exudes deep confidence. Mr. Kita is obviously familiar with the legal process and basically foretold exactly how everything in my case was going to work out, step by step. Lawyers cannot guarantee you anything, but he explained his skill in making sure that charges would not be filed. This is EXACTLY what happened. Mr. Kita is well-known in legal circles and knows all the individuals in the DA’s office. He quickly made contact with the parties involved and ensured that no charges would be filed. I previously had a less-than-memorable experience with another lawyer in the past, and it felt like I was going up against my own lawyer! I highly recommend Mr. Kita for any criminal case, as this can be the difference between a great outcome and having your reputation tarnished forever. If you are looking to sleep at night knowing you have the hardest working person on your side gunning for a good result, contact Mr. Kita immediately. In these matters time is of the essence. If you expect to have the police recognize that the charges are false and help you out, you will be dearly disappointed. You get what you pay for and Mr. Kita is well worth it.

George Kita got my husband's Federal case dropped

My life was turned upside down 4 years ago. Federal Agents had approached my husband as he left for work. It turned out that my husband had been under federal investigation without out our knowledge. We were scared out of our minds! We had never had to retain a lawyer before. In fact, the Federa...l Agents said we didn't need to get a lawyer! (I am soooo glad we didn't listen to them!) We felt so alone. We turned to the yellow pages. There was George Kita's ad! My husband called the number late at night, completely distraught, and left a message. George returned his call that night!! George was very, very responsive. We met with him, and he told us straight out the worse case scenario. He didn't sugar coat it. He was very honest. He made no promises. He told us the approach he was going to take. We were dealing with the Federal Government, so this was not going to be over with swiftly. George worked on my husband's case for two years!! It was almost exactly two years later when George called us up and gave us the tremendous news that he was able to get the case dropped!!! And, it has been two years since we received that wonderful call, and George has still been working to get some of our confiscated property back. After four years of George Kita's dedication and integrity, we expect to close this chapter of our lives for good! George Kita kept his word and lived up to his commitment. He never asked for any more money outside of the initial retainer. So, even thought this has taken four years to tidy up loose ends, he followed it all of the way through!! I highly recommend George Kita. We would definitely use him again, but I sure hope we don't have to!!

Mr. Kita was able to get both cases dismissed for my son!

If you as a parent find yourself 1 day facing an enormously difficult and stressful task of figuring out how to help your child to avoid potentially devastating results of challenges with the court system — get in contact with Mr. Kita as soon as possible. You will realize right away that you are ind...eed in hands of a highly professional juvenile lawyer that holds himself to very high standards and knows the system extremely well. Not 1 single phone call of yours will go answered; he will be there for you every step of the way. Teenagers will make mistakes on their journey of growing up but they do not have to face life long consequences as a result of it, Mr. Kita managed to get 2 cases dismissed for my son! It was a very difficult year but Mr. Kita was there for us guiding through the process, instructing on steps needed for us to take that eventually led to results that exceeded our expectations. The key — is to get in contact with the lawyer immediately after the arrest. I highly recommend Mr. Kita in case you find yourself in need of a lawyer. Ms. Brandt

Atty. George Kita

I highly recommend Atty. Kita for any type of cases. He is very dependable and knowledgeable fighting for your case. He got my serious case dismissed without going to trial.

Great attorney and definitely worth the money

George Kita is the most professional and responsible attorney that I have ever hired. My 16 year old son was facing 2 felonies and a misdemeanor and Mr Kita was able to work with the DA, the Attorney for the Probation dept, and the Judge, to work around some details and get my son an easy sentance th...at will be sealed and not follow him around for the rest of his life. Mr Kita is a very realistic and hard working attorney. He is very personable and honest. He did not promise us the Moon. He explained what the charges were, what they meant, and what our options were. He then worked very hard to exceed our expectations. He kept us informed throughout the whole process and was at court on time, every time we had an appearance. God forbid I ever need to hire another attorney in my life time, but if I do I will use Mr Kita again. I highly recommend George Kita.
