George Kita - the lawyer you need!

I retained Criminal Defense Attorney George Kita for my son in a case alleging sales of marijuana. Mr Kita fervently affected a plea agreement out of the Los Padrinos Juvenile Court that allowed my son to withdraw his plea and have his record sealed. Mr Kita actively offered to meet with my son du...ring a less than optimum progress review and effectively counseled him back in the right direction. As a result, my son's plea was withdrawn and his case dismissed. For anyone needing an outstanding, knowledgeable lawyer, I highly recommend George Kita.

Great Result

The Orange County Prosecutors charged my son with a felony for possession of stolen property. We hired Mr. Kita and he was able to get his charge reduced to a misdemeanor and work out a plea where my son was able to withdraw his plea in six months. etc. Most importantly,we will be able to get the f...ile sealed and nothing will show on his record. George explained each step to us and made our choices understandable.

EXCELLENT ATTORNEY-THE BEST! VERY CARING AND ONE OF A KIND!!!

Attorney George Kita was so kind to take my child/son's speed contest case. He was 17 years old when he was cited by the police officer. George normally handles bigger cases, however if my son was found guilty this would affect his start on his education and career. My son is attending a top unive...rsity and employers do bkgd checks and would not hire him in the future with a record. My son just happen to be accelerating on the gas peddle a little too hard and he was not racing any other cars. This citation is almost equivalent to a DUI. It is a serious charge. Mr. George Kita managed to get my son's case dismissed and also seal his juvenile record. He is also very caring and has stayed in touch with us. He is truly one in a million the best attorney anyone could retain. I kind of had to beg him to take our case since he normally does not take cases at my level but when I called 3 or 4 other attorneys they all recommended George Kita and I was a desperate Mom. He was very patient with me too. I highly, highly, highly recommend George Kita.

Attorney George Kita brings you peace of mind!

Our 15 year old son fell in with a bad lot and got himself into a world of trouble at our local mall. He was arrested and was facing three felony charges. We were beside ouselves as we could not understand how a boy who wanted for nothing and came from a stable home with loving parents could have m...ade such a lapse in judgement. We were resigned to the fact that our son, who had no pervious record would be spending time in a detention facility. Not only did that NOT happen but through his skill and experience Mr. Kita convinced the DA to drop two of the felony charges completly and have the third reduced to a misdemeanor. In addition the midemeanor will also be dismissed after six month of probation allowing our son a freash start with no record at all. While we by no means do not condone what our son did we are nevertheless glad that we can concentrate on his consequences as a family rather then within the criminal justice system. A truly fantastic result that had all of us, but most importantly our son breathing a sigh of relief. He thanked us profusley and will be working on his issues while working an after school job to re-imburse all those who were affected by his actions. We can not recommend Mr. Kita enough
