An Attorney Who Deserves Only Respect and Praise

I contacted Mr. George Kita via online search. I was in a time-sensitive situation and needed to get my one-year felony probation to be terminated six months earlier. Easier said than done - this is a challenging legal motion. Not only Mr. Kita was able (miraculously) to get my probation terminated w...ell before its settled date (six months earlier), but also helped me to get rid of the initial guilty plea, arrest and conviction records – all in one legal motion. Mr. Kita did a superb legal job, thanks to his highest expertise in criminal defense and detailed knowledge of all intricacies of the penal code. Above and beyond his unmatched expertise in criminal defense law, Mr. Kita is an understanding and tactful person, free of biases and judgment. Mr. Kita keeps you informed about the progress and status of everything that is related to you and your legal case – legal motions, court proceedings, submitted documents. When your life is in line, please make the right choice. I was in time constraints and initially chose a wrong (and expensive) attorney, but thankfully and luckily I contacted Mr. Kita and he somehow managed to correct the previous attorney’s mistakes and get the best possible outcome for me. Mr. Kita, thank you so much!

True Integrity!

George was recommended to me by a high school Principal from a different school who said he always recommends him to the parents of students that need help. We called him for our son, not knowing what to expect. He fought so hard for my son that I was able to see his passion for his work and the need... for him to provide social justice for his clients. He buffered us from some of the pain by speaking for all of us and did not allow my son to be humiliated in the process. Throughout the case, not only did he negotiate the best avenue to resolve the the legal issue, he mentored my son about his future plans and provided him with advice and hope. To this day, my son states that of all the adult educators in his life, this man George (the Attorney) spoke to him with more respect and caring than any professional teacher that he had ever come into contact with. This says a lot about George and his ability to reach adolescents as well as defend them at the highest level.

Great lawyer

Mr. Kita is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and very effective. He helped my teen-age son to get the best result we can expect in both the school district hearing and the juvenile court. I can't thank him enough for giving my son a second chance of his future.

Possible registration as sex offender and jail time

I was referred to GeorgeKita by another attorney who told me the George specializes in cases like mine. George met with the detective the same day i hired him which i thought was great. He negotiated the best possible outcome for me which included no registration as a sex offender and no jail time, H...e basically saved my life! I will forever be thankful.

Could not be more thankful I hired Mr. Kita

No one looks forward to having to defend themselves against a criminal charge but thankfully I found myself Mr. Kita and hired him because of a gun charge. Mr. Kita immediately put me at ease by walking me through the entire process start to finish including various scenarios of likely and unlikely o...utcomes. After understanding what I was up against I did not hesitate in retaining his services and am extremely happy I did. He immediately contacted the detective and scheduled an appointment with the DA's office. After a few months of going back and forth he was able to get the case completely dismissed. I was facing 2 felony convictions and this could have ruined my life. I wholeheartedly feel the only reason I received this outcome is because of Mr. Kita's experience and expertise.
