My husband and I were marred August 2005 and initiated our Application for permanent residence with Carl through the phone interview in early October of 2005. We had regular and clear communication via email with a very competent and helpful paralegal named Gale. Gale was very obliging in answering ...any and all questions she could answer, for myself and my husband who were completely new to most immigration technicalities.
