She showed very knowledgable in immigration laws and prepared very strong petition letters for my case and response to RFE. I must mention t...he wonderful Paralegal Ms. Susan Zhang. She even actively searched the Internet to get more supporting files to make my case stronger. I do not think all paralegals could do that, and most of they just give you a list to show what you need to prepare. They replied the email and phones in timely fashion, and followed up my case responsibly. My case is not very strong, but I and my family obtained our green cards in about one year.
