I am fortunate to have retained Mr Shustermans services when I applied for my green card in 1990. Because of his experience in working as an auditor for the INS, he was able to address specific issues regarding my status very effectively, resulting in the subsequent approval of my green card. Sp...ecifically, I was married for a little over 2 years at the time but filed for a divorce a few months before meeting the minimum time required to qualify for the green card. Although it seems that I could have just waited another few months and "ride it out", it was necessary to leave my wife at the time, who had been physically abusive towards me for months.
