My family was fortunate to have worked with two of the Law firm’s highly skilled, committed and very compassionate staff; senior paralegal Elsa Garcia and Attorney Amy Prokop.
Working with Elsa turned out to be a flawless process. From the gathering of information; filing of all the documents and until we received our application notices from USCIS, every bit and pieces were well-organized and put together smoothly in a timely fashion. From then on, Ms. Garcia would keep us informed of the status of our application from time to time. She worked diligently and thoroughly handled the paperwork with sense of accuracy. It is noteworthy to mention that our case (I485) was adjudicated in less than 5 months from the time it was submitted. Considering the fact that when my dad passed on 2 years ago, we thought that the approved petition was over. It was indeed so disappointing since we patiently waited in line for 18 long years. And as an added insult to injury, my older daughters “aged out” already, so to speak.
