Me and my wife have just been approved for the permanent residency and I just can't express how relieved that the long ordeal and wait is finally over. I have gone through no.of status changes fromB2-JI-HIB and now finally Adjusted . Like others before me Mr Shusterman's esteemed firm must have proc...essed thousands of cases having different scenarios. His firm was involved inmy case from the JI-HIB Conversion to finally through to Adjustment to PR. While I don't know about the others, his FIRM right fromt he get go was involved with us very intimately and professionally in providing the infos, the much needed documents, necessary feedbacks, and sometimes was even warning against complacency in terms of time sensitive matters. His office is a mixture of very friendly, caring and dedicated individuals who think the clients as one of themselves. In my case , Judy Lu Sr paralegal and Attny Rajakrishna Iyer was mostly involed though in their absense their was always other attny with quick feedback and necessary advice promptly available, and truly I never had the impression of being adrift. These two individuals I mentioned was not only caring and dedicated, they also were always behind me in getting together the important pieces promptly, with correction and most important,I always received the emails/ repliesfrom Judy/ IYER almost immediately regarding the next course of action with explanation.. I have called them so many times including odd times , but the response was always friendly , compassionate and professional. There was always an air of encouragement. Being aware of Carl Shusterman's background as an experienced Immigration Attny,I always had the feeling that my papers will be completed on a successful note,and that is what his dedicated staff has always done. I can honestly say that Mr. Carl Shusterman and his team are probably the best in the business when it comes to immigration matters.
