I was beginning to believe my family and friends, ALL attorneys are in it for money. I had a couple of those when a tech friend offered a search tool that would find THE family attorney in LA County who holds the most good reviews because bad reviews don’t really help for a myriad of reasons. Lo and ...behold, a woman to my delight, and I called. No one wants to hear my struggling single mom, been ripped apart, will protect my child above all else existing…I can’t say that you get what you pay for because before Tamara I had NOT! And she may not love my sharing this, but she has worked with me to my advantage because she cares about children, and she stands for freedom, the law, due process, and she will blow up a courtroom with what I call her signature Intelligence and Eloquence. Leaving all to ponder, how do things get so spun away from the simplicity of our written law and our basic human rights. Confirmed is this, she has built a strong business, a respected presence in our community and our courts. She gives you her all, you will be able to reach her on private cell, and she is prepared to the point of my being surprised by her attentiveness to the intricate, unique details of my case. There are too many details of great relevance in cases often overlooked by the courts and a huge lack of knowledgeable attorneys with experience, tying it all together in order to give a presiding Judge an accurate representation of the facts needed for the outcome in the best interest of the child. The important part of this review is that if your child/ren are in a situation where you have no choice but to fight for their safety and you’ve been made to look bad via the very entity in which they need to be kept safe from…and you fear the worst…rest assured you were NOT led to Tamara and these reviews by chance coincidence. Do your own research, it’s Fall, 2025, in LA County, one of the biggest cities on the face of the Earth, and Tamara Benefield is at the top of this chart. I don’t believe there is anyone who would do what you need to expose the truths of your case.

My attorney, Tamara Benefield was amazing. She really knows her stuff. She represented me quite well when we went to court for the trial. Dealing with a broken relationship is really hard especially when kids are involved. I really wanted this case over and done with so I could focus on being a better parent to my kids.
