Hired Lalezary in July 2020 after a February 2020 accident. Lalezary sent me to a new chiropractor to continue treatment; I explained I was disabled and couldn't afford any risk of out-of-pocket costs, but Lalezary assured me it would be covered. After 2 weeks and $1800 in treatment, Lalezary contact...ed the doctor (not me) to notify them they were releasing me as a client and any medical bills weren't going to be covered. After I left an online review, Lalezary called me saying they were going to "take care of" the bill with the doctor. After a few weeks, Lalezary and the doctor reached an agreement to settle the balance for $600. Lalezary called me to confirm they would be sending a check to the doctor, and the doctor also confirmed the settlement would take care of the bill. Over a month later, the doctor still hasn't received the check and Lalezary isn't returning calls or messages.
