failure to return telephone calls, Failure to meet filing deadlines, Failure to do his job, unprofessional, gets angry and inpatient when you ask questions, he never has answers, he neglects my case and has the nerves to claim he has more important cases and depositions. The new check was issued after I took the liberty to call the insurance myself. they claimed they couldn't get a hold of anyone in that office. I am still waiting to get my money, its been over three months since I signed the second check which took over a year to get. This guy is awful!!! the worst mistake I've ever made was coming to him. but he was recommended by a friend of my sister and he hates my sister because she feels bad that she said go to him. She has called him and he hangs up on her and screams and yells at her and doesn't work or help me out of spite after my sister calls.
