He extends excellent courtesy and customer service to his clients as well as prompt updates and follow-up on a regular basis. His... professional legal team made sure that the constant attention that my case received was extended and sustained at all times. I personally had four attorneys before Mr. Tofer. All of them managed to get so excited initially to get my case and then never heard back from them for months and months! It was a constant terrible and disappointing experience all along to say the least with total failure to get any resolution of my case. To start of this lawyer has neither respect nor any customer service and is very discriminating, I was stupid enough to hire him. I have never dealt with a person that when I think of their name it irritates me. The reason I am writing this about him is because of his unprofessional service, Whenever... I would try to reach him he would always end up hanging up on me with no courtesy. Needless to say It took him 5 years to settle my case. I was involved in a huge accident involving 5 other cars and my car was the first to get hit and guess how much he settled my case for?! $3,000!!! That's all!!! After dealing with him I have learned that he has been reported but nothing has been done to take his license away. This was a learning experience for me in choosing an attorney carefully.
