Motorcycle Accident Lawyer

Let me first start off with the level of professionalism shown by this attorney. Daniel and his staff is without a doubt some of the most professional people I've ever dealt with. I was involved in a motorcycle accident a roughly two years ago on the 91 freeway. I was hit by Young driver who was eith...er distracted driving or just wasn't paying attention. The initial consultation was very positive and my lawyer assured me he would do everything he could to ensure I was taking care of throughout this matter. This lawyer was always keeping me updated throughout the entire process which is something that you can't say for most lawyers. I highly recommend any and everyone seeking professional legal assistance to please contact Daniel and his staff you will not regret it.

Even the insurance's lawyer liked him!

I had an accident on 6/25/15 that totaled my brand new (maximum bells & whistles), leased Ford; totaled the other car as well; and injured two people in the other car. Upon reporting the accident to my State Farm Insurance (SFI) agent, I learned that my auto coverage had been allowed to expire the p...revious day. I had apparently received (an incorrect) notice of nonrenewal, but somehow had lost track of it and failed to attend to the situation. My agent and even the claims adjustor lobbied feverishly in my behalf, but SFI refused to budge. Friends warned that I could lose my house over this. Six or seven lawyers I knew of, or was referred to, declined to take my case. Only Mr. Setareh agreed to give it a try, although he made no promises. As it turned out, however, one letter from him to SFI persuaded them to reconsider, cover all my expenses retroactively, and reinstate my policy in full! Subsequent correspondence from Mr. Setareh resulted in a very generous settlement from SFI (on the grounds of their previous bad faith and my resulting anguish), accompanied by a response expressing the SFI lawyer’s appreciation of Mr. Setareh’s courtesy and cordiality. I would heartily recommend his services to anyone with an insurance-related problem.

Excellent Work!!

My son was at school on recess and as the bell rang for class he went to grab his bookbag. When he turned around he fell over a HUGE yellow pole coming out of the ground in the center of the playground. His shoulder hit the corner of the concrete where the concrete meets the grass. As a result he fr...actured his shoulder. I contacted Mr. Daniel Satereh hired him, he immediately worked on the case. My son went through several hospital visits as well as physical therapy and Mr. Setareh represented us as an attorney. He was highly professional and organized with all the paper work. He expedited the case as quickly as possible and my son was able to walk away with the school settling on an amount we never even went to trial! Even after the case he assisted me with the banking process through a referral and filling out the proper documents. Great Follow through! Great Work! Highly recommended!

Car Accident

Daniel was a great attorney! I was involved in a terrible car accident. A guy hit me one night while driving home and my car flipped mutiple times which completely totaled my car out. After reporting the accident to my insurance company, I learned that they were not going to fully cover the damages a...nd I would have had to come out of my pocket to pay off the rest of the car. I kind of just gave up and decided that I was just going to have to pay. This was only my second car and my first major car accident, so I had absolutely no idea what was going on. Luckily, my grandmother gave Daniel my phone number, and he immediately went to work on my case. He had gotten me physical therapy for my injured neck and shoulders, and medical attention for my constant headaches, all while working around my busy school and work schedule. In the end, I won my case and I can say that I am so grateful for everything that Daniel has done for me! I would totally recommend him to everyone!

I deserved the best & I got it with Daniel Setareh!!!

was hit by a truck crossing the street my 4 wheel walker went under the truck wheel instead of me but it tossed me into the air when i hit the ground i began bleeding into my hip had a different attorney in the beginning but he was useless but then I found Daniel & he was great I began to get the muc...h needed epidurals in my lower back & other treatment I needed. He was there when ever I needed him text or phone he was always on top of things & was nice even when i was a bit nasty from the pain, I would never have gotten through the hell i went through with out him by my side. he ended up getting me a great settlement and together we survived the ordeal which was not easy @ times as I was a bit hard to get along with when I was hurting!!if you want the best get to daniel setareh
