GREAT EXPERIENCE

I had complete ease with my attorney. After dealing with another horrible attorney prior, I was really apprehensive about Setareh. However after our first conversation he took all my fear away. He was a pleasure to work with, and was very clear, honest and detailed about the process. I needed tha...t because this was my very first car accident and didn't know what to expect. I. All in all fantastic experience

Right after I got into my horrible accident I was recommended by a friend to Daniel. From the get go, Daniel was helpful and very knowledgeable about my matter. He helped me better understand the process of the whole claim and what my different options were. Throughout the duration of the case, Danie...l held my hand with anything that I needed to do and took care of the entire case with amazing professionalism. Automobile loss of use case

I was deprived of use of my car for several months. the other party admitted fault but his insurance company claimed I was only entitled to $25 a day, which I refused. When i began looking for an attorney, nearly all were only interested in bodily injury, with no knowledge or expertise in loss of ...use or mitigation of value. I hired Daniel Setareh and in the end got the $300+ per day I was entitled to. I found Daniel very easy to work with. He is principled and efficient
