Please check Yelp reviews!!! I would never have hired Bradley Kramer if he hadn't come directly from West Coast Trial Lawyers. I don't know what agreement they have with Mr. Kramer, but his behavior was a disappointment. Not only did I have to do some of the work I had already paid him for, but he al...so asked me to serve my own complaint because the process servers weren't going to make additional attempts. Mr. Kramer then threatened me with $2,000 per hour in attorney fees if I took action against him. I took him to the fee arbitration board, and I'm still working to ensure he gets the accountability he deserves so that no client has to go through what I experienced, especially during a vulnerable time. Making direct recommendations like this might need to be reconsidered. I'll update this review and add more details as things develop. Keep in mind that some reviewers are paid, so don't believe everything you read. I'm not accusing Bradley of using paid reviewers, but it's just a general caution everyone should keep in mind. Bradley Kramer charged me $15,000 up front. This is for a medical malpractice lawsuit. He refused to get my medical records. He missed Important case conferences and my settlement conference. I believe that I had a very strong case, but Mr Kramer ended up getting it dismissed with prejudice from what... I could determine. I recommend that people hire anyone but Bradley Kramer!

Attorney Bradley Kramer representing a friend of mine. My friend paid him $15,000 up front. My friend had a severe spinal cord injury and is crippled. He lives in Alabama and case was in California. Mr. Kramer refused to get the medical records. Addition that you missed a very important case conferen...ce that was mandatory. To worsen matters, mr. Kramer missed a settlement conference for my friend. Needless to say my friend's case got dismissed. I believe mr. Kramer seriously violated his fiduciary duty to my friend. I believe that he ruined just case on purpose. I truly believe that he was bought off! I would not recommend mr. Kramer to anyone ever!
