Excellent Lawyers

I went through a challenging divorce, facing a false restraining order from my ex that kept me from seeing my daughter for two months. The stress was overwhelming for both of us, and my previous lawyer struggled to manage the situation. After switching attorneys, I found Provinziano and Associates, a...nd everything changed for the better. From the outset, they helped me file my own restraining order, which my former lawyer had neglected. The team crafted a thorough and articulate response to my ex's claims, which left me genuinely impressed. Their writing was so compelling that it felt like poetry to my ears. Provinziano and Associates demonstrated exceptional competence and diligence—no detail was overlooked. I hold the utmost respect for the support provided by Michael and Daniel. They stood by me during my settlement hearing, and I cannot emphasize enough how crucial it is to have skilled attorneys by your side in times of crisis. Daniel was incredibly proactive, anticipating developments and maintaining control throughout the process. Daniel always seemed to be 3 steps ahead of everyone else in the courtroom. Thanks to their efforts, I regained custody of my 12-year-old daughter and reached a fair settlement. I am beyond grateful for the outstanding service I received from Provinziano and Associates and highly recommend them to anyone in need of legal support.

Best choice I made!

I met Al Provinziano and his team, summer of 2020. It was an absolute nightmare of a situation. They all reassured me everything would work out, and at the time that was hard to believe. By the grace of God, everything worked out in the best interest of my son. We are now approximately 4 years out s...ince things were finalized and Eli is thriving! I understand having a father figure is imperative but in our situation his biological father was doing more harm than anything else. Dad is now attempting to force himself back into our son’s life. I have advised him I will refile for a new RO if he doesn’t stop with the unnecessary messages he’s sending me to relay to Eli. Dad is pushing for direct communication and a meaningful relationship. Eli wants nothing to do with him. Eli has drastically improved and getting ready to graduate 8th grade, and begin his high school journey. ALL thanks to you and your team Al. THANK YOU! Financially it was difficult for my family and I but let me tell you, their services were worth every penny. Plus they worked with us. I throw this in there because it’s important to be transparent as we all know money plays a huge role in being able to retain an attorney or not. When you find yourself helpless and hopeless, like I was. I was not willing to jeopardize my sons well being because I was worried about money. It took a village, I asked for financial help from my loved ones. A humbling experience and I would do it again if I had to. Seeing my sons mental, emotional, psychological and physical health sky rocket was all I prayed for, and grateful for today. Eli will succeed and this firm contributed to that.

Almost hopeless

By virtue of my sister-in-law, I became acquainted with Provinziano & Associates. In the weekend prior to my custody hearing, I contacted them. Upon receiving the call for intake on Monday morning, I was contacted shortly thereafter by Jacob Slobodien, the attorney who will be handling my case. He w...as efficient, kind, empathetic, and well-rounded in his knowledge of the matter. He was well prepared when he showed up to Court. Having him represent me gave me a sense of protection and overall security. It is still early in the development of my case, but I am extremely confident, along with Provinziano & Associates and Jacob, that the case will succeed for the well-being of my son. As a result, I almost lost all hope, however now I am grateful that I was introduced to this brilliant team. Stay tuned for the outcome of my case. My Journey : Throughout the past several years, I have been on a rollercoaster ride of a battle with my son's father regarding custody and his well-being. Throughout his life, father has always strived to control school, sports, and discipline. As the victim of domestic violence and after more than eight years of therapy to overcome the PTSD caused by the physical, mental, and emotional abuse that I have endured. Co-parenting has been both terrifying and challenging. As early as the age of seven, my son began to express that he was afraid of going to his father house. Over the course of the years, my son has been subjected to physical abuse, emotional abuse, and psychological abuse. He is currently 12 1/2 years old and has refused to see his father. In my capacity as his mother, I endeavor to advocate for his best interests and ensure that he is well protected.

Worth It!

I was a recent client for the office of Alphonse F. Provinziano, Esq., Bar. No. 233231. As my attorney, Provinziano and his team successfully obtained a restraining order in face of an ex that was threatening my life and was being evasive. I also gained full custody of my under age child. They were ...super professional, really nice, polite and always patient with me and the case. Thank you Provinziano and team! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family members who need a strong team in such a time of personal distress.

He is a miracle worker in the court room

In December of 2015 my wife and I separated, I spent weeks looking for a lawyer that could handle my difficult case. I had CPS involved, I had a wife with a metal health disorder, and had no idea what to expect, unfortunately I chose the wrong lawyer first. My first lawyer took a messy hard case and ...made it way worse. In January of 2016 I began the search for a new lawyer, I found Mr. Provinziano on Forbs Magazine Website under “Best Lawyer for Family Law” I was skeptical after my first lawyer made my situation worse, I contacted Mr. Provinziano’s office and found that Maria and Mr. Provinziano both had confidence that they could change the tide of my case. Some back story up to this point, the judge did not like me, my previous lawyer painted this picture for him that I had no grounds for a domestic violence restraining order. My first lawyer started to side with my wife mid-way through the case, he refused to show some of the evidence and told me that the medical records were impossible to obtain. The judge only approved a temporary restraining order due to the threats on my life and our children, which CPS had made it clear to me that if the restraining order was lifted they would be back in my life. The Judge made it clear that he was not going to approve it after the 3 months had expired. Once Mr. Provinziano took care of all the major headaches that came up such as supervisors quitting, harassment over money and many other hurdles. We got to the court day and Mr. Provinziano was so calm, it made me nervous how calm he was. He had every question and potential answer thought out. Mr. Provinziano and his team did the impossible and got even the medial records of my wife. Mr. Provinziano was given reports from family members doing the supervised visitations observing behavior as well as paid supervisors that gave Mr. Provinziano and his team enough evidence to prove my case. We entered the court room to find the Judge not willing to reopen the case. He was ready to remove the restraining order and Mr. Provinziano was already prepared for this. He managed to convince the Judge to open the case, accept new evidence, and listen to us for over 3 hours. As I said before the Judge was against me, by the end Mr. Provinziano had calmly entertained his point, introduced evidence, got witnesses to admit things that helped, all of this while keeping me calm. The Judge told me I couldn’t speak so I was very nervous. Mr. Provinziano at times had to tell me to be quiet and trust him which I did, and I am so grateful I did. The result was the restraining order got approved, the Judge changed his opinion of me, and told my wife he would have pursued a restraining order against her if he was me! Mr. Provinziano was able to maintain the professional supervisor situation with lowered hours. Mr. Provinziano was so calm and knowledgeable he had answers and solutions for everything. He still represents me for my divorce and I tell everyone….DON’T MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID…GO TO MR. PROVINZIANO FIRST, YOU WON’T REGRET IT!
