I had an urgent problem and had been working with another attorney who was not the right fit for me. I contacted Provinziano & Associates and within 24 hours of our initial meeting they were able to help me resolve a unfair arrear support withholding from happening and had filed all documents provin...g my position! Within 48 hours they had accomplished a “stay” to be enforced on my withholding enforcement! The entire team was in contact with me as they worked on the documents proving my case. It was comforting to have Al Provinziano himself, along with June, Melody, Rod, Precious and Karlaz involve me with every step of their process. I’m writing this review in hopes to share my experience with others who are seeking legal advice. Provinziano & Associates helped me feel safe and taken care of. My experience with Al Provinziano and his entire team of associates and clerical staff was exceptional. I personally had interactions with Al, June, Ava, Alexis, CJ and Aleah, and every single person I spoke to or met in person went above and beyond to make me feel supported during the very stressful... process of advocating for a custody arrangement that was truly in the best interest of my young children. The team joined my case post-judgement and was able to seamlessly jump in, assess the situation, and help me formulate a plan that kept me with primary custody. When I initially called the firm, my intake appointment was with June, and she made me feel like she was really invested in what was happening and reassured me that the team would be able to help me. Once I decided to move forward with hiring the team, my case was assigned to Ava as jr. counsel with Al overseeing everything. I had many phone meetings and email exchanges with Ava and her communication style is very clear and she really helped me form my court statements in a way that was concise and impactful. She's extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to validate my feelings while also helping me understand what a judge would be concerned with and what to emphasize about the circumstances of my case. Al is who represented me in court negotiations, and he and his assistant Leah were both wonderful. What could have been a very stressful morning turned into a very productive negotiation between Al and my opposing counsel. Al clearly knows what he's talking about and I overheard him explaining certain terms and case points to the opposing lawyer multiple times. While knowledgeable, his ability to explain things in a way that does not come across as condescending allowed him and opposing counsel to work together and come up with the terms of a settlement that I hope my ex is also satisfied with. At the end of the day, I came away from court with everything I'd been fighting for. I hope to never have to call Al and his team again, but if anything else goes awry, I know who I can count on to help me. I've already given the number to this firm to 2 other women in my life. Divorce is ugly and full of emotion, but this firm really does care about their clients and Al is an amazing litigator.

I was referred to Provinziano & Associates by my family lawyer here in Arizona because of their expertise in jurisdiction. Me and my ex had an informal written agreement that our kids would live with me in AZ through the school year and visit him in CA on school breaks. On spring break of this year, ...my ex did not put my kids back on the plane home and ghosted me for 2 days. Because of jurisdictional issues, I needed a CA attorney to represent me and make the case that my kids are residents of AZ so we could have our case here. My lawyer, Al; and his paralegal Ava have made my life easier knowing that my case was in such great hands. They are professional, responsive, and so far everything has gone in our favor.
