I don’t have enough good things to say about Al. This is my fourth attorney since my divorce so I have experienced all different types of representation and I can confidently say that Al has by far been the most attentive and successful. It doesn’t matter the time of day or whether it’s the weekend h...e always answers my questions in a timely and professional manner. Al really seems to care about his clients and does everything he can to get them the results that they want. As everyone can agree, family law disputes are not pleasant. It is something we go into scattered, unsure, nervous, and anxious. These feelings subsided once I started working with Provinziano and Associates Law Firm. Provinziano and Associates are the best Family Law firm through and through. My... wife and I did a lot of research to find an attorney that is knowledgeable and could represent us effectively against my high conflict co-parent. In my case, it is quite difficult to speak with the mother of my son regarding any decision-making. She assumed I had no rights and she was in charge of not only my son’s life but mine as well and she would make decisions and stipulations. This is the situation I went into when fighting for more custodial time with my son. Provinziano and associates exceeded expectations on numerous accounts. They are understanding, caring, respectful, educated, hard-working, responsive, and organized. They were honest and strategic through every part of the case. In the end, Al got us what was fair, and included 50/50 custodial time with my son. I had an urgent problem and had been working with another attorney who was not the right fit for me. I contacted Provinziano & Associates and within 24 hours of our initial meeting they were able to help me resolve a unfair arrear support withholding from happening and had filed all documents provin...g my position! Within 48 hours they had accomplished a “stay” to be enforced on my withholding enforcement! The entire team was in contact with me as they worked on the documents proving my case. It was comforting to have Al Provinziano himself, along with June, Melody, Rod, Precious and Karlaz involve me with every step of their process. I was referred to Provinziano & Associates by my family lawyer here in Arizona because of their expertise in jurisdiction. Me and my ex had an informal written agreement that our kids would live with me in AZ through the school year and visit him in CA on school breaks. On spring break of this year, ...my ex did not put my kids back on the plane home and ghosted me for 2 days. Because of jurisdictional issues, I needed a CA attorney to represent me and make the case that my kids are residents of AZ so we could have our case here. My lawyer, Al; and his paralegal Ava have made my life easier knowing that my case was in such great hands. They are professional, responsive, and so far everything has gone in our favor.
