I was ticketed by a BLM Ranger while me and my girlfriend where camping outside of Joshua Tree National Forest. I was smoking medical marijuana. The officer gave me a ticket for distribution and manufacturing of a narcotic a very scary accusation. And a very scary procedure having the ranger point a ...gun at us hand cuff us and threaten to Taze us if we moved!! It could have greatly affected my life if the ticket hadn't been dismissed with the representation of Mr Provinziano in me Federal Drug Possesion Case.
